PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Desmond A. Baker & Associates, LLC. was commissioned by the Delaware Department of Transportation to provide MEP&FP design of the old unoccupied office area of the Wilmington Amtrak Train Station. As consultant engineer, Desmond A. Baker & Associates, LLC. provided Mechanical, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing and Fire Protection design for the renovation. Incorporated in the new space were: passenger waiting room, and DelDOT/SEPTA Administrative area.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Experimental Station is the research center for this international chemical company. Desmond A. Baker & Associates provided a site wide utilities master plan study for this 54+ building, 150 acre research and development site. We investigated the existing system capacities and distribution networks for: Electrical power Chilled water, Domestic and sanitary water Central compressed air and gases, (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc.) Natural gas.
